Any improper use of Whatever's, Whatever’s e-mail and Internet systems, at any time, including, but not limited to, accessing, creating, sending, displaying, storing, downloading and/or printing sexually explicit or otherwise potentially offensive materials, will not be tolerated and will subject the member to discipline, up to and including, site access termination.
Use of Whatever's, Whatever’s e-mail and Internet system is not private. All e-mail messages and Internet sites visited by users are automatically stored on Whatever's, Whatever’s computer back-up systems. Further, users should be aware that even when a message is deleted, it may exist on a backup tape . Whatever's, Whatever reserves the right to retrieve, save, monitor and review all messages created, sent, or received, at any time, with or without advance notice or prior consent. Whatever's, Whatever further reserves its right to retrieve, save, monitor and review all web sites visited by a user and all information and/or data accessed, created, sent, displayed, stored, downloaded and/or printed through the user’s access to the Internet, at any time, with or without advance notice or prior consent. Such access may occur during or after working hours by any network manager, or other personnel designated by Whatever's, Whatever. Further, users are reminded that information accessed and/or distributed over the e-mail system and the Internet may be considered a public record pursuant Massachusetts General Law, c. 66.
Use of Whatever's, Whatever’s e-mail system and/or access to the Internet through Whatever's, Whatever’s system constitutes the users agreement to comply with Whatever's, Whatever’s E-mail and Internet Use Policy as well as his/her consent to Whatever's, Whatever’s recording and monitoring of his/her use of the e-mail and Internet systems. Users are subject to all Rules and Regulations promulgated by Whatever's, Whatever. This policy may be altered or amended at the discretion of Whatever's, Whatever at any time. Users will be notified of any change in the policy.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
